You must report this to your CC as FRAUD - not a dispute or it will appear again next month - it must be a fraud report. CCs really don't investigate a dispute but do moreso a fraud claim. I believe a fraud claim also pre-empts further charges from the frauding entity. The small charge was a test charge to confirm the validity of the card and awareness of the card holder for potentially much larger charges in the future. Google mvwebtemplates and you will get better explanations about the scam.
