I am suprised that Montell Williams is involved with such a company. I called them and told them my issue and they told me to ship it back to them and they would send me an upgraded model. A year and four months later I make my second call to them after they never called me back the first time, and they tell me it is no longer under warranty and they will do nothing about it.
The pitcher on this blender failed 3 weeks after it came out of the box. $236.00 dollars and $29.88 in return shipping and I have no Blender. Rip-Off, plain and simple. Aggrtavating to no end, a waste of my time and my money... Be Aware.

I bought my Montel Williams Blender a while back. It stopped working and I called the company. I found out that the only two choices I had was to either accept a juicer...which is NOT a blender for 14.95 charge OR a one serving mini blender thing for 19.95. AND I would have to incur the expense of sending back the base of the blender in order to get either deal...neither of which solves my problem.
This was not some "cheap charlie" blender. It cost over 250.00 back when I bought it. So, buyer beware...get me on the first bus to a class action lawsuit if there is one. If the one you have breaks down....it is just too bad about you. Nice...huh???? Linda Richter
