I paid $200 for the blender it has a 5 year warranty after 2 years the motor burnt out.  I was told that if I shipped it back that the model I had was on back order and would take 30 days to receive it but if I paid $35 they would ship me out a replacement and I would receive it in 12 days that was 5 months ago.  I have called once a week now for 5 months and told each time that it has been on back order and I will receive my blender in 12 days.  (That is just a lie they have their call center tell you to put you off another 12 days. I explained to 5 Supervisors that my wife has cancer and I blend vegetables and fruits for her that has been her only diet and it was helping her go into remission.  I was told by Supervisors 5 times now that they were shipping out the blender right away and I would have it in 12 days.  All the company does is lie.  I am sure Mantel Williams knows how is company is ran.  Don’t buy the blender it is not worth is, it will break down and they will never replace it.
