Gene Chow #187704 has been disbarredCourt Case #13-TE-11511-DFM, effective August 28, 2016. He came under investigation starting 2011 from complaints in San Jose. The court recommended Disbarment and restitution. The Federal Branch is under consideration for further charges.
May 1, 2013 ordered; involentary Inactive Enrollment. he was ordered not to practice. He is currently working ALL OVER the state as a LOAN OFFICER NMLS 61170 310) 873-2615 MTG CAPITAL; VICE PRES of Lending at Hassle Free Cash Flow Investing located at 11150 W Olympic #1160. The list goes on and on.
He no longer rips off people as an Attorney, HE is conducting the same business using a new style.

Dear Kimberly:
Cleary, this is a case of mistaken identity.
My name is Gene W Chow. The person you reference has the same first name as me (Gene), but his middle name (Wook) and last name (Choe) are different.
According to the California State Bar website http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/187704 , Gene Wook Choe attended Occidental College and then University of West Los Angeles School of Law. I never attended those schools and have never been a lawyer. Before reading your post, I had never even heard of Choice Law Group or GWC Law Group PC. Also, I have never worked at Hassle Free Cash Flow Investing.
Conversely, Mr. Choe has never worked, been associated with or connected to my employer, Mortgage Capital Associates or myself. I have worked at Mortgage Capital Associates for the past 18 years which would be the time that Mr. Choe began working as an attorney.
I would greatly appreciate it if you were to remove any reference with my name, Gene W Chow, license number (#61170), and company information (Mortgage Capital Associates) from this complaint.
