I rented a duplex and the place was never repaired from the last renter who used it as a drug house to cook methanphetimine. i suffered from headaches for months due to the residue. I complained to the manager about the repairs that were needed but they were never attended to. I filed a move in inspection report. which was blatently ignored. Upon moving out the landlord kept my security deposit because he said i did the damage. I have proof that these damages were donr before i moved in.
