Mr Manager He said he is the Manager Promised to refund by check but never send it. Send me a copy of check thru fax. Emailed call never answer. Monarch Beach, California
Last November 2011, we made an agreement to transport my truck from CA to Virginia. I paid an amount $1485.00 thru my ATM card. After a week I cancelled because the day I wanted to be picked is already past and did not give the date they will pick it up, saying on phone conversation they're working on it.
Anyway, they agreed to refund thru electronically back to account. He even send me the confirmation on email.
I traveled out of the country in December 2011 to Febuary 2012. I even called him about the refund that the bank has not credited to my account. When came back to California I called him many times still trying to convinced me to refund that amount back to my account.
On March 3 I called him again, he said he will send the check instead, because there was a problem sending it back to my account. So he said he will issue me a check. He faxed me copy of the check, But until now I have not received the check.
Every day I called and left a message and never call me back. I emailed many times and they auto responded ones, saying " there was a flooding that they could not go to there deck".
It's already April 13 and the only thing left for me to do is go to there office but he said they do not accept walk in. Is there any advice for me?
