Well it's been 2 years since you responded, and we haven't heard a word from you. You said in your response you would stay in contact with us, you wont return any of our calls, we aren't disputing the fading, which is not your fault, but it is your fault that you waited to long to get them to take care of that problem, you sat on it, like your doing now. we are now complaining about the siding falling off the building, the warrantee is not being honored, that's the problem, its all about the workmanship,

mulligans has a lifetime warrantee, but we still havent had any recorse, because its the manufacturers fault, so the warantee isnt worth the paper its written on.

never got any satisfaction from mulligans, was advised by attorney general for the state of michigan to file a consumers complaint, we ve had to do this in the past with another contracter, and got possitive results, mulligans hasnt given us any choice but to go this route, they dont honor there warrantee and dont stand by theyre work

Well another year has passed, received a few phone calls and more promises from Mulligans, but as of yet nothing has been done, will give it until spring and then will see what can be done through the state of Michigan's attorney general, who has been a great help in the past.

I am the owner of Mulligan and I want to apologize for the lack of communication, however, this is a manufacturer warranty issue and we have been in contact with the company to obtain said claim number also. We will continue to attempt to get this siding repaired as promised. We will further attempt to stay in contact with the customer regarding this. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. I again am sorry for the delays. Thank you Cory
