My Points . Com They ripped my Off for 750 points MyPoints Headquarters 525 Market Street, Suite 3400 San Francisco, California
I went through mypoints.com to buy my Mother flowers on Mother's Day. I used FTD.com because my points would give you 750 points.
I was signed in and clicked on FTD.COM from my points web sight so I would get the points
I even used them and purchased flowers more expensive than I could have got them from a different company, but I wanted the points.
Now they are trying to say that I did not go through there sight, which I know I did and will not give me the points. I think this is really bad service.
I am disabled and on a fixed income, but because of the points I would get I spent more money. I don't think they realize that they can make a mistake. I am very disapointed with them.
