Since 2016 my survey has put my account on inactive each and every month. No matter how many points I have saved and even tho I log in every day my account is put on inactive status every month. The email carol@mysurvey is bogus and just comes back as undeliverable. Any help request is never answered and believe me I write about 10 each day until they reopen it again and still no explanation, no nothing from them. This is so wrong to do to people. I live on disability and use the surveys for some spending money, and I spend hours every day on my survey only to be locked out every month(and this is without fail) It is wrong and they need to stop this. I don't know what has happened over at my survey because this never happened before 2016, but its a stupid game to play with people and its wrong. I feel robbed when they do this and just to be ignored in return. grrr
