Myhotmercedes.com Sends broken parts more than 2 weeks after payment Minneapolis, Minnesota
More than 2 weeks after ordering and paying for 4 Mercedes parts ( headlights) I received a sloppy black carton box with the parts I ordered online. All parts were broken. The company wants me to send all parts retour ( and pay around $25 in shipping fees, which they will reimburse , they say ) and after receiving the broken parts back they will send me new ones.
I will keep this post up until I get money reimbursed for shipping and new, unbroken , parts. I am very reluctant to spend even more money , sending the crap back ,and just guess if I will receive the parts I ordered undamaged.
If not only that, I think it speaks of poor customer service that I have to wait at least 5 weeks to get parts ( if I will ever get them)
