EDITOR’S COMMENT(8/1/18): Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses. Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way! In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information. (((REDACTED))) who is actually (((REDACTED))) promises to buy your house "subject to" whatever that means. He assures us that he would take over the mortgage and make payments. He then would sell it for a price due to the repairs he does to it. Never told us he has an extensive criminal record that can be found by googling his name. over 10+ felonies in real estate. Promises he will make mortgage payments and doesnt. Promises that he will then sell the property and isnt. Then when he sells the property for way less says he will pay off the mortgage but doesnt. he just keeps the money from the sale but keeps renting it while making mortgage payments. Where did the money go? Totally illegal. Beware. Someone like this should not be allowed to do business and should be in jail.
