EDITOR’S COMMENT: Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses. Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way! (((REDACTED))) (the "Firm") denies the allegations contained in the above remark. As a result, the Firm, which has previously filed suit in the Maricopa County Superior Court against an anonymous publisher for the publication of false and defamatory content in the past, shall amend the lawsuit to include the above remark. As part of the lawsuit, which can be found at Case Number CV 2014-010706, the Firm issued subpoenas to the custodian of records of Xcentric Ventures LLC and Cox Communications to obtain the identity of the anonymous author. The Firm believes it has the identity of the so called anonymous author. Be advised that the anonymous author has the right to anonymously serve and file an Answer to the Firm's lawsuit.
