Natalie Pascoe Sentenced With No Proof & Had Proof that Plaintiff Wasn't Telling the Truth Internet
Received two second degree sentences from MaryBeth McCormick and jury. There was no proof for any of the charges. Was also sent to jail for 10 days based on these charges. The plantiff had been harassing Natalie Pascoe since 2009. She had made up charges of assault, threats of death, stalking, violation of peace order on two different occassions. During the time of the first assaults, Ms. Pascoe experienced almost being killed in an accident, someone moving around her rearview mirror in the car, someone stealing her car, someone moving around objects in the car, as well as someone breaking into her house. Ms. Pascoe still does not know how to get to the alleged apartments or homes of Ms. Starling. She also had complained to the Montgomery County police department, the FBI, the White House, DOJ, and other locations. She had been requesting assistance since 2009. Ms. Pascoe ended up resigning from her job based on the fact that Ms. Starling (please note that her name may be something else) had sent incorrect information to the FBI. Ms. Pascoe experienced being harassed at her job by Officer Holland (Mr. Messier had called the FBI based on a letter that Ms. Pascoe sent to him to request that his wife and her friends stop harassing her). Ms. Starling's ex-husband is a Seargent in the Montgomery County police department. All of this is based on Ms. Pascoe's relationship with a man that Ms. Starling believed was her man. Many people are aware of the incident because Ms. Pascoe sent out a letter to the mother of the gentleman's children. She was trying to determine why Ms. Starling was harassing her. Ms. Pascoe believes that Ms. Starling was harassing the gentleman and her. From the yearbook records, she believes that the real wife of the gentleman went to Howard University.
All of this to say that Ms. Starling and her so-called associates have done almost anything to make Ms. Pascoe's life unbearable. But, Ms. Pascoe also knows that Ms. Starling has no control over anything. She may believe that she does, but she does not! But there are people in the justice system who follow her wrong thinking and believe that she can scare or threaten them. That is the reason that many have assisted in the harassment against Ms. Pascoe for the last 3-4 years. The also sad thing is that Ms. Pascoe believes that someone who has had access to her e-mails, cell phone and texts have some relation to someone who works in the FBI or justice system. There is no proof with that but some of the harassment started while she was an employee at the FBI. Ms. Pascoe put in an EEO charge against the FBI for the treatment that she and others at the office experienced. After 2006, the harassment continued.
As far as justice, integrity, doing the right thing and just plain morals, the justice system has a lot to learn. No one should have any right to harass someone because someone said something about them. It doesn't matter if it is concerning race. People have so many issues with race that they use their jobs as justifications for their immoral actions. And I believe that my situation is a prime example of that. I always say - people better watch how they treat people. And they also better realize that people doing wrong with others WILL tell on you when it gets down to the wire. So, right now Judge McCormick, Judge Kim and others who have abused their powers as judges better make sure they are clean. It doesn't matter how long you get away with things, it will come back to bite you!
Also, I put in a complaint against Ms. McCormick and I found out that they just put the information in my files. Nothing was sent to me or anything. Tell me what kind of justice system allows other judges to support those who are still doing corrupt actions? Ones with no morals or justice! Also, if anyone has incorrectly caused this situation to make themselves look good, I feel for them. Nobody deserves anyone setting them up to be treated like dirt. I say that everything that I said (when told the truth) is true. Your attitudes determines how people treat you. If you act nasty and mean, expect that others will look at you in a way that you won't like.
So, I thank God and his angels for always having my back. Having your back doesn't work when you are corrupt!
