Nation Lotto Co-operation Sweepstakes Lottery - Highland Healthcare Inc. fraudulent check Highland Park Illinois
I received a letter today that stated that I had been declared a winner of the Nation Lotto Co-operation Sweepstakes Lottery. I was entitled to $150,000.00 US Dollars. This was from a total prize of $1.5 Million US Dollars that was shared and presented among ten declared winners. These winners were selected through a random computer ballot drawn from over 50,000 names. This drawing was held on May 24th, 2008.
They enclosed a check for $4,995.98 deducted from my winnings to enable me to pay the applicable Government Taxes/Fees on my winnings. The tax amount was $2,995.00 to be paid by Western Union or Moneygram to the Tax agent. I was to receive my tax information from my assigned Agent, Smith Rickman.
I have to admit I was rather shocked to receive an actual check, which I check the routing number to be valid. However upon further investigation I have found other reports against this company.
