National advance national advance payday lawyers representing Lies about you oweing money and will not listen to you when you tell them differently. santa claira, California
Foriegners using typical american names such as Tammy Gibson calls you has all your information address, bank account, email address etc. saying you are being charged with fraud and a couple other charges beecause you have an unpaid payday loan. Hard to get them to answer any questions wanting you to take care of the original amount of loan. Busy informing you of the costs you will have to pay if you don't, and how you will not be allowed to defend yourself in court. Will not give number of company you supposedly owe money to.
they get your information from things like when you think you are applying for a loan and give your information and then you are redirected to other companies to which you can apply.
they will not listen to you when you say you have no such loan. They gave me a date that I suppose to have recieved this loan- my bank statements show no such deposit. They are not interested in hearing you only in you saying you will pay today!
Real bill collectors will listen when you dispute a claim and will check it out further, not these people. I do have one and the only one online loan that is taken out as schedulede So at first I thought it was just a mistake but when I was finally told the name and the date i knew this was not the case. This date was 6 months prior to me ever taking out an online payday loan.
They call from one number, give you a different number and sometimes block their number from showing up. They try to be very intimidating.
