I ordered some darts for my son for Christmas this year on December 15th with express shipping. Nothing too fancy, just some easy to find darts and flights and a set of shafts. I received confirmation emails and an order status email with all parts listed and the order was listed as processing. I figured no more than one week even with express shipping. I kept logging in and checking the order status and it never changed from processing to shipped. to this date, even after several attempts to contact Kyle Hove at any number I can find for him on the internet, or through his trouble ticket system (which I have sent numerous times) I cannot get any updated order status. I did confirm that he charged my credit card on December 16th for the full amount. I have contacted my bank and they are going to credit my account and take legal action to recoup their losses. If anyone has any question about the validity of this report, please go to the following URL.
