Stay away from this company! If I could give a negative rating for National Fitness Center / Court South I would.

Unfortunately I signed a 3 year contract with them and had nothing but issues the entire 3 years. My contract finally ended November 2014, or so I thought. Turns out even though the contract you signed ended, they continue to charge you month-to-month until you physically go to a center to tell them to stop. I went to the center on 12/4/14 to cancel my membership after I found out they were still charging me. I then found out while I was there that it has to be cancelled 30 days in advance. Luckily the 4th was my 30th day, but guess what... you have to mail the form in via certified mail to even cancel it! By the time I left National Fitness Center with my form (that was signed/dated the 4th), the post office was closed. Therefore I had to mail it on the 5th, the 31st day.

I called National Fitness Center on 12/11 to confirm they got my form and ask that my card not be charged in January. Guess what - they are charging my monthly membership fee + a $30 facility enhancement fee in January.

NONE of this was disclosed when I signed up for a membership. I will never recommend this National Fitness Center or its associated companies.

HORRIBLE customer service, and horrible business practices.
