National Travel Planners, Nat'l Travel Planners Cancels Rooms@ Last Minute Las Vegas Nevada
I was contacted by sales rep Catherine Lindsey at National Travel Planners via email for an Internation show. Their rates for the host hotel was less expensive, but their agreement and cancellation policy was very strict. We decided to try and save some money and give them a try. I had nothing but problems contacting them. Emails, phone calls and messages does not phase them. HORRIBLE customer service and I don't even know how this dispicable company is even in business. They called 2 weeks before the show to say their wholesaler overbooked rooms and we can move our reservations to another more expensive hotel. Ridiculous. they will be hearing from my attorney
