To all who may read and want the TRUE FACTS on Jocelyn's WUYI TEA order. Jocelyn ordered 120 Tea Bags Monday Jan 7 at 6:57:08 PM. Jocelyn's order was back ordered due to issues with China and US Customs. US Customs is doing extensive inspections on all goods now shipped to the US. The FDA is also doing inspections on any item consumed by the US public. This is purely for the safety of the consumer. Once we were notified of the delay we shipped out 30 FREE tea bags( a 2 week supply) to Jocelyn within 1 week of her original order. Her full order was Processed Jan 31 and she recieved it Feb 7th. Jocelyn contacted us by Email Feb 4th and we responded. We told her that her order was shipped FEDEX ground. Jocelyn also states that she contacted us by phone. Jocelyn called 2 times on Feb 5th after normal business hours(M-F 9am to 6 PM EST) and left no message. Here is an actual record of her phone calls. Tue 02/05/2008 8:06 PM Phone Call Missed 0:00:19 Tue 02/05/2008 7:55 PM Phone Cal Missed 0:00:23 I find it strange that she posted her first response on RIPOFF REPORT Submitted: 2/5/2008 6:23:10 PM. Jocelyn posted her report before calling us. We have no records of any calls from the phone # she posted on her order form other than the 2 we have recorded above. The actual delivery was Feb 7, 2008 4:24 PM Jocelyn states that she is scared that we will charge her bank account every month and she will overdraw her account. Jocelyn signed up for an auto ship every 30 days. Her next order would have been billed and shipped on March 4th, but we have taken her out of the WuYI Tea Club. She has never called us or emailed us about cancelling the Tea Club. Our website www.officialwuyitea.com has been up everyday and available to all customers. Jocelyn couldn't find our site but 1000's of satisfied customers have found our site and continue to find our site. Customer Care, Natura Brands

I RECEIVED MY TEA TODAY, POST MARKED 1.31.08 FEDEX GROUND. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET MY AUTODEBIT/DELIVERY STOPPED HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
