TERRIBLE excuse for "Customer Service".
I ordered in August, and never received email confirmation, although my card was IMMEDIATELY charged.
Over two weeks later, I emailed "Customer Service". I NEVER GOT A REPLY AND THERE IS NO PHONE SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY... a phone call will refer you to make an inquiry online!(all recorded info... never a live person to talk to!)
**However, they finally sent an email confirmation for MOST of my order. It was shipped, and took a couple of weeks to arrive.
I HAVE EMAILED MANY MANY TIMES regarding the missing item, and HAVE NOT YET HEARD ONE RESPONSE from this so-called "Customer Service".
They have an Auto-response system that acknowledges the email I sent, but NO ONE HAS ACTUALLY RESPONDED to the issue of the missing item!
BUYER BEWARE !!!
This company has wasted so much of my time and energy... NEVER AGAIN!
