NCH software Auto Edge No contact Information Prior to Buying! Greenwood Village, Colorado
I am looking at dictation software that you can phone into a computer with.
Dial dictate and accompanying software fits the bill. However, I have a couple of important questions before I fund this. NCH owned by Auto Edge has no way to contact them. There are links everywhere to purchase software though.
I am aggravated because I found a perfect product but the company doesn't have contact information through out the website. There is product information but none yields the answer I am seeking.
If a company wants to sell you a software suite for professional business needs and it is a reputable company why would they make a point of having no contact information?
Why have they only put a great deal of energy and effort into buying their products but not make themselves available prior to purchase?

Finally found an embeded email contact

I finally found an email contact deeply embedded in their website and emailed them. NCH responded from a no reply address and told me to buy a software support package if I had any questions.
