This phone service by Net10 is horrible. They have failed to activate roll over minutes correctly several times. The have troble activating phones if you transfer service or have a hardware failure. The technical support people have not system nor does the customer to check airtime minutes. Only by having the phone can you check your roll over minutes or unused minutes. Can you say rip me off of my saved minutes. If you lose your phone or if it is harware defective you probably will. This system is cheap to use but I think they are ripping the public off by losing your minutes. Totally incapable offshore customer support that can not do much but activate a phone. This system support sucks. I am sure I have lost my minutes several time and yes if you don't have the phone to look at they can not help you with anything. I suggest everyone read this and select a different phone carrier or you will eventually be ripped off. I am pretty sure I have lost 4 months of minutes. Phoney to Net10.
