This company advertised free trial samples of skin care product, with the customer only having to pay shipping. I order and authorized the shiping cost only. I never received the product. In reviewing my credit card statment dated January 9th, due on February 8th, my card was assessed two shipping charges of $4.71 and $3.86 on 12/10 and then subsequently charged $88.62 and $89.84 on 12/24 and 12/25.
I have yet to receive the sample product nor any statment or phone call from the company regarding the product. I called the company to explain that charges and the fact that I never received the product and was told that it's not their fault that I didn't receive the product and at this point all they will send me is a free sample. A free sample that I have been chaged almost $200.00 for. Please help me! I am now dealing with my bank about the charges.
