I recieved the cap 3 weeks later, first of all i noticed that the box was just abit small (obviously thinking it might of been somthing else i might of ordered) so i opened the box and realised it was my houston astros cap (size 7-1/8) first of the cap had been squashed in a box which was a size smaller that what the caps size originally was, which totally made the cap quite out of shape but i thought putting it in the washine machine & then shaping it might nicely put it back into shape, the cap was in the orange coloured i ordered but it came with the black star logo on and not the white one i had originally ordered,

then i noticed that the cap was also the size that i ordered but when i tried it on it was about 3 cm's to big for me which didn't fit correctly on my head. After the big disappointment in recieving the cap i contacted them in sorting the mistake out - i sent them an email in telling them what had happened & the told me to send pictures of the cap they had sent to me with pictures of the addresses on the box, & also the actual webpage of the cap from them showing the exact internet page from which i brought my cap from/off. Then they told me that they hadn't the cap that i originally wanted and they had made a mistake in my order so would i like an orange cap in the same size & colour of a similar design,

so i told them no as i only collect the houston astros baseball cap with the white star on and i would please like a complete refund of $26.28 and if they wanted the other cap back then i would happly send it back to them if they would pay the shipment costs as i felt that i shouldn't pay the shipment costs as it was their mistake and not mine plus i felt at that time they were just trying to fob me off with the cap they had sent & to just be happy with it even thought it was their mistake, but i wasn't happy with that solution in the matter. So i sent to them a nice email to say that i still wanted a full refund of my money & that i still would send back to them the cap that they had originally sent to me if they wanted me too, & when i got their reply back they told me that if i wanted to have a total refund back for the cap i ordered, they told me (now i felt really like they were just trying to fob me off in with keeping the cap,

plus i felt that they had sent too me the black star cap knowing it was the wrong one in the first place and in them thinking he will either accept it or not even though it was the wrong cap that i wanted that i would have to pay for the shipment costs to send the cap back to them & that i would get back a refund in everything that i had paid out for everything (but now i didn't trust the company at all & now i was thinking that if i sent the cap back then i might not get back the any of the money back that had payed out for it all, so keeping the cap would be the best option for me as if i sent the cap back and that i would have to go through my bank account company that i use to get back the money paid out that they owed me as i felt that they wouldn't even pay me back any of the money back too, plus all of the hassle in going through it all just wouldn't of been worth it, so i told them that i would keep the cap & to give it to a local cancer research charity shop that i go to for them to sell it so that the money for the cap sold will go to some good use & after that email i never recieved anything else from them,

i used my visa debit card account to buy this item, but now i will be only using websites with the paypal payment method as it will be eaisier to get my money back from the company who had made any kind of fault in the original order that i have made as paypal can take the money straight out of their account which they had used to pay my money into after using paypal resolve center which is really easy to use to let them know on what went wrong with the item that i had made with that company that i used, i will also stick to buying the things that i want and need from ebay & the amazon websites as they are more dependable to reley on and they are also a big, big company who mostly win their fraudulent & wrong item sent/query cases and not alot of companies like to mess with these companies as the know that they will loose against them for me/us.

I'm sorry that their are no pictures that i haven't put onto the rip off website, so PLEASE do all of you internet shopping with some emails sent to the company that you are buying from first, but do some internet people's reviews on the company/shop that you are buying from first as you can get a good idea on what company/shop/people that you are dealing with before you make you choice in buying your item/items as i know now that i will be in doing so in everything thing that i buy from the internet. Take Care Everyone. (Plus. Check This Out - I typed this out 2 weeks after i made the order with the company and they are still advertising/selling the cap that i originally wanted. (So Please Be Carefull People).

China. This company looks good and offers you a bargain on out of date stock , but be carefull in websites like these and if you can find out where the company is based & is selling their stock from and are they totally honest in doing usiness with people, then do so if you feel confident in doing business with them then do so. This company was from china and this the second company that has ripped/scammed me off in witn buying a new baseball cap and i won't be dealing with china ever again.
