Resource Group I sent them $2850.00 and all of my documents. Please people
don't trust this company they will rob you don't deal with them. They scammed
us for $2850.00. It was to be refundable if their service did not get a loan
modification for us. I still have not seen my money back yet and its been over
9 months.
We lost our home due to
them. It went into foreclosure & we now on top of everything else have to
pay back the foreclosure fees as well. Needless to mention the stress &
health issues it created. We would like to start a class action suit or
join one already in progress as well as hear from others that experienced the
same misfortune created by Manny and New Horizons Resource Group. This horror
story is far more detailed to take up in a few paragraphs. We have record
of all communications with these lying scam artists. Something desperately
needs to be done. Why hasn't our government stepped in to stop these thieves?

We lost our savings with
Manny and New Horizons Resource Group After around 9 months of there negating
my mortgages and hundreds of calls saying "that it could be done any daynow"
Your bank is working on your new loan now they did not and we lost our hone to foreclosure
on May 10, 2010 and the $2850.00 up front payment.

Blaming your problem on other companies is not good and if you would have just fix your problem and take care of your responsibility as a business owner. Then none of this would have happen. All i remember is Manny

This is a competitor filing this complaint and is totally ficticious, New Horizons Resource Group wasn't even open till June of 2010 which can be verified at the Sec of State div of corp of Fl. or sunbiz.org. We never lossed any clients house and further never had a client in the region of the country which the complaint is filed in? We have never charged anyone that amount (2850.00) . Again these allegations have been filed by an affiliate company which we terminated (American Liberty Financial) which is in the debt settlement business and faces several law suits even by some of its own ex employees and now including us.
