NHCD/GLOBAL update on bad checks Overland Park Kansas
I finally got my money yesterday afternoon after going through 4 different people. The whole situation just burns me up. My husband called first when I was out of town during my Moms surgery. No response. Then I started calling from Dallas, no response from a soul. I called every dept I could think of and called my manager quiet a few times, no response.
I was on the verge yesterday of filing charges. They gave me such a run around. When people did start speaking with me they were so full of bull that it simply reeked through the phone lines.
This company is a complete and total farce and truly needs to be shut down. This same thing happened to me last month and one of the checks they wrote me to rEplace a bad check even was bad!
wHEN THEY DO MAKE A MISTAKE, YOUR MANAGER WILL CALL TALKING TO YOU ABOUT MANAGEMENT, then you do not hear anymore so when you ask you may be told what I was at the time "All of the Upper Management are on a cruise so we will not know anything about the new positions until their return"
So I suppose while they are boating it up, back home paychecks are bouncing! Funny huh? sad. I really feel horrible about the people I recruited into this company. I wish I had known. It also is a lot of work for the chump change that they pay.
I feel pretty stupid for having worked for them, I used to put in 5-10 hours a day calling leads and apps.
I almost had a nervous breakdown over this last bout of insuffciant checks, I had checks bouncing and drafts left and right.They knew what I was dealing with in my personal life with my Mom just being diagnosed as terminal and yet it took forever to get any results from them.It left a very sour taste in my mouth about work at home positions. This was a first for me, I wanted to be available for my 16 year old and his football and activities and it was more work and stress than an out of the home job!
I honestly feel that NHCD/GLOBAL thinks that 99% of the people they hire are ignorant, uneducated, housewives / People that they can mislead and that is why they screw folks around so badly. I wish the media would run a story on this company because I could and would give them an earful. They are highly unethical and rude. Yesterday the payroll manager got very rude with me.She should have had sugar dripping off of her insipid tongue.
Last time I had a bad check the head of Personnel reprimended me for posting on this site, whatever! She was about as fake as the company it's own self. I saw right through her. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer by any means!
To sum it up, this company needs shut down, all of the signs are there of poor management, confusion, lack of funds, the bad checks, change of the company name and website the quick change in the conference call lines last month. This is a Micky Mouse organization and I am ashamed I worked for them!

It's time to set a few things straight. As this is an unmoderated whine board where no one has the conscience or integrity to actually verify the validity and truth of comments posted here, I've decided to very briefly lower myself to your gutter level to provide a few facts I realize facts and honesty are extremely uncommon in these posts, but let's try it and see if you and this website can handle it without a complete and total meltdown. 1.To be taken seriously, it is enormously helpful to be able to provide a complete, coherent, literate sentence. 2. When beginning work with NHCD, everyone is provided with contact information for a chain of command that will solve any question or problem you encounter. To resolve any issue you may have it is more productive to follow the appropriate steps. Your first point of contact should be your manager. If that doesn't fix your problem, don't hesitate to contact your manager's manager. If you still feel there has been no appropriate resolution then contact your Department Manager. That info is provided to you in every department you are in, so you should have contact info for at least 3 people to solve your problem up to 9 people or more. I don't believe for a minute that anyone here has made a serious attempt to solve their issues in an appropriate or productive manner. Do you really believe posting here for other hangers-on to read is going to resolve any real or imagined problems you may have encountered? 3. NHCD has not now, nor do they intend to in the future, changed their name to Global Home Sourcing. Smart companies have many and varied interests that change and grow with the trends and demands of the public. When a company creates or acquires another company to meet growing trends, generally the new company's name reflects that particular aspect of the business. It does NOT mean the parent-company is going to change their name to the same as 1 small division. Get real, people! That makes such poor business-sense I shouldn't even have to mention it. Unfortunately, I have to spell it out clearly for the MBA wannabe's on here. NHCD was here long before you came around and it will be here long after you are gone and that is a FACT. I truly pity all of you that lurk on the board waiting to throw in your two cents of unthoughtout gibberish while spending your days imagining conspiracy theories where nothing exists, besides your enormous leaps to unfounded and desperate conclusions. Your time would be better spent looking for a job better suited to your experience and personality, or lack there of, whichever the case may be. As for the comment about the Personnel Dept Manager "not being the sharpest knife in the drawer"... How "brilliant" do you really think you look when you are posting half-truths, rumors and blatant lies on here? Be VERY careful flinging mud. It only digs you a hole while elevating the other person. PS. I do know that those with little minds completely obsessed with NHCD that stalk this site will start slamming me, posting negative comments and personal attacks. I expect this from you. I know how very small your world has become. But as the truth is its own defense and my statements here stand strong on their own, I will not lower myself again to your level to defend myself or my opinions to your small-minded and petty attacks.

I have been tring to get my last pay check for about a month now I call Sioux city ofice noone returned my call Also every e-mail that I have to the company has come back my email is blocked ..My Emails come back to me ..Now i would definitly say they have something to hide.. Sir GRANT must have informed everyone not to talk to me and have my email blocked.. He is the crooked one in the company..he is the one that trains everyone to lie ..Or brain washes them as someone has mentioned ..I know tha $400 is not much money to be going through this for ..but when you re unemployed and you can not get a job becasue your last job was nhcd..You can not collect unemplymnet becasue you were 1099..you need that $400 ... Someone told me that nhcd was turning in fake w2's to the Irs so everyone that has a w2 coming be careful i would also checkyour 1099 if they fake a w2 they may fake a 1099 theives do anything for money....
