Nick Marks is a scam artist Cerritos California
I got sucked in to registering for a ready made website and "instant" money making opportunity via Nick Marks very slick and deceptive website "www.forexenterprise.com".
I was interesting in generating some extra income to help with my young family when I came across the "opportunity" which I can now see in hindsight is geared to attracting total newcomers "newbies" to the internet marketing domain.
I paid my $49.00 to receive an instant "money making" website and was reassured that the company support and 60 day money back guarantee was the best available and so I took a chance which has proved to be one of the dumber choices I've made.
From the beginning the deception began when I was assured I could have my own domain name and hosting and be in "full control" of my "business" but then it was clear that any individual hosting and domain name had to be provided by their company at another $11.95 per month.
I sent numerous emails to various departments (which seem to be outsourced anyway) to request the website files to upload to my server but the only response was from auto-responder emails that notified me the email address didn't exist and so my emails failed to deliver.
I get emails from the cheerful and effervescent Mr Marks every 2 days just to tell me that he has come across another brilliant opportunity for my cookie-cutter website and he just had to share the "powerful" news with me and that he's so excited to present the opportunity to me to be financially independent.
The only person becoming financially independent is Mr Marks from sucking in more newbie enthusiasts daily. This man knows what Phinneas T Barnum meant when he said "there's a sucker born every minute".
I do hope Mr Marks sees this file complaint and develops enough conscience to provide a refund because if he doesn't then I will take some pleasure in further exposing his deceptive and unethical practices by hitting every Blog spot and internet expose that I can find time to source.
I'm firmly of the opinion that Nick Marks is an unconscionable scam artists that hopefully will be taken to task for ripping people off.
I wonder why Mr Marks signs off every email with the phrase "In His Grip",. I think that's to make the impression that he's a genuine God driven man with integrity. I just hate it when people misrepresent and hide behind the fabric of being good solid Christians when in fact Mr Marks is more likely to be in the gripe of our Lords adversary,. i.e. the god of money and the father of all liars!
