I found Ningbo Daji Electronic Technology through Alibaba. They quoted a low price and promised they had the best quality pour over coffee makers. They requested a 30% deposit $2994.13 on my order which I sent. They then sent samples which cost around $250.
The samples we poor quality with the filter handles falling off, smaller filter size than industry standard and paper thin vessel handle. All of this was unacceptable. They stalled for weeks saying they would try to source a better product for me.
After much time passed they tried to force me into sending more funds to purchase the poor quality units and refused to send a refund. Also very disappointing Alibaba did nothing to mediate this or punish the company who lists on their platform. I recommend not doing any business with Ningbo Daji Electronic Technology or Alibaba.
