North American Sweepstakes Alliance- City Financial Incorporated SCAM, Sent a check for $4,950.00 and said to send $2,950.00 back and I would receive with in 48 hrs a check for $115,080.00-DON"T CASH IT Toronto Canada
North American Sweepstakes Alliance, City Financial Incorporated sent me a check for $4950.00 and told me that was part of my winnings that total $115,080.00.
It instructed me to cash the check and send them $2,950.00 of that to cover the taxes and within 48hours we would receive a bank draft by UPS or FedEX for the full amount.
It also told me to contact my claim agent Mr. Tony Edward at (1-647-887-6855) and my claim number was NASA/922 and my category ticket serial # was 17600928.
The letter is from a Mrs. Lane Pederson Promotion Manager.
I did the research on the check because it was from Bank of America and they told me that the routing# was correct but the account was inactive and therefore the check was fraud.They also said that I was being paid from the sponsorship fund as provided by C.C.L.P. I have no idea what that stands for because it says nothing else about it. Huge scam and check fraud.
