If you research Cydcor (the parent company) or Business Solutions International (Matt Osbourne), you will find that the company is a scam. As a recent college graduate, I fell for the lies (meaning a job posting) on Craigslist. You can also find them on Career Builder and Monster. The "Human Resource" Administrators make commission off of the individuals they pull in for an interview, who get hired, and promoted from entry-level to leadership.

You will find yourself on your second interview "on the field" meaning if you get the job (which everyone does) you will be using your own vehicle and gas to sell Northeast Consulting's "clients," Verizon and Quill, to businesses going door-to-door. Jim and Matt will inform you to be optimistic and "keep up the positive attitude" as business owner's, office manager's, and secretaries will rush you out the door, not wanting to be bothered and solicited to. Sound like a great marketing associate position? Who needs a college degree to sell office supplies and Verizon door-to-door?

They will inform you that you can be an assistant manager and eventually open your own office. There is someone in the Northeast Consulting/Business Solution office who has been in leadership for five years. Where is his office? Why hasn't he been promoted?

Before you spend your graduation money traveling "to the field" and being paid on COMMISSION...think about why they are hiring so many individuals when the economy is down and no one is hiring right now? The turn-over rate is ridiculous and shocking. They do not want you to see it, but until you are with the company for a month (if you can put up with the lies, the negativity of your "future customers," and not making any money) you will see no one stays.

Watch out for the "business trips". After working at the company for a couple of weeks, they will want you (and you must go) away for a week, where you will share one hotel room with three other individuals of the same sex. Professional conditions, right? You will be under the watch of your "leader," so you are 100% focused on hitting the field, being prepared for "morning atmosphere," and limiting contact with your friends/family (using your cell phone for personal reasons during a business trip is rude - you are suppose to be a "team" together).

You attended college for four years...work for a company that is extraordinary and appreciates you; not a company that is immoral and unethical who will lie to you.

If you do go on the second interview...bring walking shoes. I hope it doesn't rain.
