Norther Leasing Company Ripoff Northern Leasing Takes Money from Small Business, They Are Theifs! New York New York
Northern Leasing promised they could get my husband's business set-up to accept credit cards regardless of our credit. At the time, we had gone through a Chapter 13, due to a auto accident (we were hit by a car running a red light, we did not receivce compenstation for our business truck being hit, lost wages or anything.) So my husband wanting to help push his business to the nexr level, signed up with Northern Leasing for 48 months @ $69.99 a month. Needless to say the equipment was never set-up and they could not get us approved because of our Chapter 13. When we called to cancel, they said our contract was noncancellable! I said what contract, We signed a paper for the equipment, but no contract was ever talked about, seen or goneover with us, in fact we requested a copy several times to no avail. We are still having money taken out of our bank account, with no hope of ever communicating with them, as they have not returned any of my calls or emails! We are stuck! Funny in order to break a contract, don't you have to have a contract? It would seem to me that a class action suit should be taken against Northern Leasing as they seem to be ripping off small businesses everywhere!!!
