I am sorry to hear you had that experience. We do have live phone supportWe have 46k+ name brand products. There are low end and high end products available. As for subscription cancelations, you are able to cancel your subscription right from your account dashboard. Click account at the top of our website, then click My Subscriptions on the left, here you are able to manage or cancel any of your subscriptions with us. If you have any questions please call us at 888-845-2467. We are always updating our restricted item list to keep ebay violations from happening. We get in hundreds of new arrivals daily so it is very challenging to keep it perfect. But if you ever have a problem with a violation please forward the violation to us and we will either contact them on your behalf, or provide you with the proper instructions.
