Finally got my money back!! Took two weeks, but at least its back!

I went through the automated service and of course there are no options to speak to a "live" person. BUT if you say "speak to REPRESENTIVE" during the automated part it will take you to one!!! They didnt give any argument hardly at all about returning the money. The tell you it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles but if you insist they can do it within 48 hours. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE!!!
