I did order with this company based on 4 free magazines.. I have never recieved one of them. Then recntly they took $75 from my account without my authorization. I've read the other complaints and they are so much like what happened to me, it pathetic. How do they keep getting away with this?!

I went through the automated service and of course there are no options to speak to a "live" person. BUT if you say "speak to REPRESENTIVE" during the automated part it will take you to one!!! They didnt give any argument hardly at all about returning the money. The tell you it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles but if you insist they can do it within 48 hours. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE!!!
