NTI Work at Home NTI Work at Home takes advantage of Disabled People Boston Massachusetts
I was contacted by Land A Job and told that since I am on disability, they were offering a program for people who wanted to return to work. I was referred to NTI Work at Home because my disability limits me to working at home. I filled out the application and was told that I was going to have an interview.
The interview was with nine other people, and they basically just asked us to identify ourselves and give an interested ancedote about our work history. We were than told to do a preliminary assessment. I started working on mine, and passed all the portions, when I received an email saying they had no work for me, I didn't pass the assessment.
The very same day, I received an email, that I DID pass their assessment and I would begin an online training course for their call center representative course on June 7th. The course requred a grammar assessment which I could not access. I contacted them and told them I could not access the grammar test, and received an email that I was sent the email stating I did not PASS the inteview and all emails after the first email were done in error. They would not give me a reason why I was turned down for the program even though I have a Masters Degree in education and I am sure that a call center job would not tax me or be something I could not do.
They led me on and this was supposed to be the only program for a person with my disability, but I was given no reason at all why I failed an interview done with nine other people!!!!!!!!
This is not fair and discriminates against me as a disabled person and also offers falso hope to those who really want to get off disability and want to work. I am differently abled, but I am still a person and I could work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
