I ordered from them regularly for 3 years. Also known as NTX tools. E Pro Tools, Coastal Tool Supply. Allan Dimick (aka Michael Dimick)  Many different names they might be known as.  I ordered relatively large quantities too.  In that time :  They did not respond to communication. They gave no update on the status of orders. They do not give shipment notification. They rarely answered the phone or email.  Almost never respond to email. They do not own up to their own shortcomings. They do not HANDLE it.  Simple as that.  I used to order from them often.  NEVER AGAIN.  I tried to work with them numerous times!!

 

Believe EVERYTHING you read from others here. EVERYTHING.

THIS MIKE ATTEMPTS TO DECEIVE PEOPLE BY FABRICATING STORY OF NEW LIVE SYSTEM THAT COMBINES 10 LOCATIONS INTO SAID SYSTEM. THIS IS MORE LIES THAT MIKE AND FELLOW LIARS INVOLVED WITH THESE BOGUS COMPANIES CONTINUE TO SPEW TO PUBLIC. THEY ARE AS GENUINE AS A $3 BILL. THEY JUST RECENTLY MESSED UP ORDERS PLACED AND LIED ABOUT ACTUAL ITEMS SHIPPED, DELIVERY NEVER MADE, AND ITEMS THEY ALLEGED WAY AFTER THE FACT WERE SUDDENLY BACKORDERED. WITH SUCH AN ELABORATE SYSTEM YOU WOULD THINK THEY COULD PROPERLY PLACE ORDER FOR TOOLS THROUGH ANOTHER VENDOR AS THEY DID WITH US SINCE THEY CARRY NO PRODUCTS. CONDUCT A SEARCH ON THIS COMPANY(S) AND LEARN QUITE A LOT ABOUT THEIR OPERATIONS AND DECEITFUL PRACTICES. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY AND DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THEIR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ENTERPRISES.

Dear Customer,

I would like to hear more about the challanges that you faced with us. On April 1st 2016, we launched our phase 1 of our new system which is set to combine 10 warehouse locations live into our system. This is set to stop many of the issues you have ran accross. We are aware of the issues of the past and now we are under new ownership we are attempting to bring as much new technology to the table to better serve our customers. This includes live stocking info on the site.

As of today all orders are getting live information and tracking is sent to all customers. I would like to have you reach out to us and let's see if we can make right where you feel you have been wronged. We have an A+ with BBB and 4.9 star rating with our customers. We want to keep improving our service and give all the customers the best information we can.
