On Friday (4-3-15) I heard an ad on the radio (Clear Channel) for a free sample of Nugenix. I called the number to receive my free sample. When I called, I was notified that I would be required to pay $4.99 to cover shipping and handling. After I had agreed that I would pay the $4.99, I received an offer to receive a monthly subscription to receive Nugenix for $69.99. I declined the offer. On Monday (4-6-2015) I checked my bank account and noticed that they had debited my account $69.99. I called the Nugenix customer service line to have the charges reversed. The young man I spoke with told me that when I receive the product I needed to return it at my own expense and then they might reimburse me. I explained to him that I had not ordered the product and that I wanted to be reimbursed immediately. He told me that there was nothing that he could do and that there were no supervisors who could help me. He did finally tell me that he would try to have a supervisor call me later. I agreed to $4.99 and was charged $69.99. I will be receiving product that I did not want and will be forced to return it at my own expense of both time and money.
