I purchased garnicia and mango cleanse on a trial basis. I was not aware of the fact the it was on auto shipment and in November 2 more bottles were shipped to my house. I was out of state due to the fact that my 2 brothers had passed away in November. My mother had told me about the packages and I told her to mark them refused and return to sender. Now this month I received 2 more packages. When looking up the company online I typed in NutraToday and it sent me to a website NutraNow and when I called that number they said they had nothing to do with that company and they have been getting calls for them. I saw the phone number on the pakage and called the number and explained the situation and the Fast Talking Sales Rep told me I had to cancel in writing and that there would be a restocking charge and to settle the first 2 bottles that were shipped they would give me 1/2 the cost of the items if I wanted to expedite the refund. I said no I want to talk to someone with more authority than you and he refused to put me through to anyone. He gave me a return authorization # and I asked what address to send it to and he said the one on the package, which is a PO box. For the ones I sent back he said there was no way they knew if they received it and I said well my name and address is on the envelope.
These kind of companies have to be stopped from automatically charging and shipping products, especially in today's busy world. People don't know their being charged for these items and then they can't get their money back. It should be against the law for any company to do this to the public. If I want to buy something I will buy it and I don't want a company taking it upon themselves to keep shipping items out.
