My report is to confirm that what the others say about the company NutriBlvd and their scam is true. Once they received my husband's charge account # on 3/02/09 for a shipping charge of $3.95 for free product, his next billing statement had a charge of $87.97 for 3/16/09 and his next statement has another charge of $87.97 placed on it for 4/16/09. We did not desire the product sent to us from them so we therefore did not order it and have not received it. NutriBlvd tried to send us the product on 4/24/09 which we sent back to them on 4/24/09. Today I called the company 888-219-7671 and spoke with Jordan who gave me the fax #207-541-5041. I asked him if he would remove the two charges falsely placed on my husband's account and he flatly said he would not.

I took the issue to the Better Business Bureau in Florida whose phone# is 561-842-1918 and placed a complaint with them on line whose address is www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org. They contacted NutriBlvd who refunded the 175.94 to my husband's charge card which was confirmed by his charge card company on 5/1/09. NutriBlvd said to BBB that their terms and conditions stated that their initial offering was a 14 day trial period following a monthly subscription at a rate of $87.97. They further told them that their terms stated that if a customer does not cancel within the specified time the subscription takes effect. I never saw such terms stated. I hope my update will benefit those who have been ripped off by the NutriBlvd scam.

Under category I noticed that I had somehow hit the wrong category which was city officials which is obviously wrong. I have sent a report to BBB Better Business Bureau and my situation also involves credit card fraud so I don't know what else to say in the category selection. I am trying to be as completely honest as I can. I desire to be used where ever it will benefit others to stop a company which is stealing from the American public and stopping people from ordering over the Internet.
