I provide outside field inspections for NVMS on behalf of National lenders and companies needing property verification report and details and photos. I wait for 8 weeks for payment and after leaving them I haven't been paid since, they show on their website they are cutting checks but after 4 weeks still no checks. it should be fraud to accept paymentf for their clients who don't know they aren't paying the field reps for the actual work assignments.

I have been a contractor with them for 3 years. Bottom line, you will always get paid. I do not use their work as a primary source of income. I accept the fact that it might take 12 weeks to get paid. I think 7 checks at one time was the longest.
Also, if the job is more than 20 minutes from your house, refuse it and ask for extra pay. If you have orders constantly in review you need to make sure you have all the pics needed before you leave the site. I usually only have 1 order out of 30 or more that requires additional info.
