nycityrooms.com, Not Licensed With State Of New York.

I contacted the New York State, Department of State to see if nycityrooms.com was licensed. Investigator Jack Bilello told me that the operator of nycityrooms.com, 421 Seventh Avenue, Suite 1005, is Modesto Esterlin Martinez (scammers from Dominican Republic). This Martinez con artist was licensed by the State many years ago, however hes no longer licensed. Investigator Bilello told me that the State has received a multitude of complaints against Martinez and has referred them to the New York State Attorney General's Office. Bilello said that anyone with a complaint against nycityrooms.com should contact the Department of State @ 212-416-5790, or you can contact the New York State Attorney General's office at 212-416-8000, tell them you want to file a complaint with Consumer Frauds and Protection.

If you were scammed by this CON ARTIST, do this: Go back to 421 Seventh Avenue, 10th floor, stay in the hallway by elevator, call 911, tell operator you want COPS at that location so you can file a Scheme To Defraud report. While COPS are there, they will get you your money back.

Google these keywords: Better Business Bureau, then file a complaint online.
