If you looked at your 10% off coupon that we offer for our E Club, it clearly states not valid with other discounts, holidays or specials. Also, if you looked at our menu board in the store and our paper menu in the store, it clearly states the current prices. So again, don't attack us and post false information to the public that we "rip people off" by false advertising, if that was the case, I would highly doubt we would still be in business after 15 years! Customer service and quality of product is part of our mission statement that we continue to do business by 24/7 365. Thanks for posting the positive about us too!

First off, we have been in business for 15 years now and I "Michael" as this guy states did offer my apologies right away and explained the situation, actually our dozen bagels are not programmed in our POS to further discount as they are already a discounted price when buying buy the dozen, so we do not discount a discounted item. We did in fact right away up date the menus on the website http://www.oldnewyork.com/our-menu.html , and we have disclaimers in our menus for price changes. In fact I think this guy is actually is pissed at the $1.80 difference and was more pissed that I did not offer a free bee! We are not out to fool anyone as one can tell by our time and success in business thanks to our loyal customers. Thanks for posting the negative though, have a great day!
