Daniel, My husband and I have contacted Marvin SEVERAL times about our engine that has never worked. Our mechanic has drawn up document stating why it does not work and the hours he has spent on it. We had to pay him $1,000 for his work. Our experience with Marvin IN NO WAY is exaggerated. We are out $4,000 and have no car. Please contact me at the information below if you wish to help us, otherwise will continue pursuing our legal action. We have no choice after the way we have been treated and no choice since we have an engine that has never run. If we could have a full refund and we will send the engine back down to you, we will drop all of this. If not, you have all continued to prove our case. I truly hope to hear from you, Jennifer CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

I was an employee for On-Site Fleets and I was the individual who built most of these engines. And I am glad to say that I have built over 60 2.7l engines and out of these engines only 2 really had problems and needed to be replaced. We also had a few complaints but were soon corrected after a simple diagnosis over the phone with the installer. The 2.7l engine is a very tempermental engine and only good for 70,000 miles. We had a small operation and took dozens of orders a month. So as far as delays, they can be expected. This report is obviously exagerrated and I take that Jennifers engine runs beautifully because we haven't heard from her since. And this Sue women that she refers to is a middle aged women with no kids, no job, no hobbies, a god complex and has nothing better to do than sit in her house and make others look bad because of her shortcomings in automotive knowledge. I personally inspected her car because it a had a miss and it turned out to be HER fuel injector which wasn't part of the longblock we sent her. Anyways it was replaced and sent back to her and she continues to spread her evil propoganda.

The engine from Marvin Ziegler showed up the day before yesterday, on May 23rd. After a week of arguing with Marvin (who finally returned a call after the Lafayette police contacted him), and after ridiculous threats from his lawyer, Ed Marquet, we have an engine and a worthless warranty. Our mechanic will be looking at the engine this weekend, but we are not optimistic. We have heard from 9 or 10 other people who have received bad engines, so we don't want to spend upwards of $800 to pay our mechanic to install a bad engine. Everyone has said that their engine either blew after 12 miles, never worked at all, or actually ruined their car. The warranty that came faxed to us 4 days LATE details almost every part of the engine that IS NOT covered by the warranty. It is useless. I will post an update when we hear from our mechanic, but PLEASE, PLEASE, do not buy an engine from ON SITE FLEETS or MARVIN ZIEGLER. This man and his company are a scam and they have taken thousands of dollars from people with no working engine.
