Ok Folks, if you have ever dealt with this company beware: Below you will find the notice of refill I received this morning from OnlinepharmacyUSA.com. They never did send my first order and never gave me a refund after numerous requests for refund. Very interesting that now they want to know if I want a refill! Do they think I am CRAZY???????? They have said that they have no record of my order but they now do as they want me to refill it! **Dear Onlinepharmacy.com, I would like a refund from the first order as requested in several prior e-mails. I never did receive my first order and so why on earth would I want a refill? I have forwarded this to my bank as well as reported this to the Web site Rip Off Report. I would be happy to post another posting on the web site of Rip Off report stating an update of refund there for letting the public know of your good faith, if you send my refund immediately! http://www.onlinepharmacyusa.com Still they have no way to reach them, they told me they have no record of my order or any history of me. Interesting, they had no trouble charging my account!

After several more tries to contact these people I recieved this e-mail: Dear Renee, First we want to apologize for all the inconveniences that we have caused you in the past. We understand your frustration about this issue and we know since how long you have been dealing with this situation. First we want to explain to you that the customer service department and its call center is a contracted company which offers customer support to several pharmacies online, each website and its policies are responsibility of its respective owners and our job as a hired company is to let you know the information that they provide to us regularly. Regarding your account we have done everything possible in our hands to solve this situation. Because of technical problems with the credit card processor that the pharmacy has been using during these past months and all the inconveniences that this problems causes, the accounting department has not been able to give credit back to its customers. We are working on this situation but until this issue gets fixed they will not able to help you at this time. We are really sorry about this and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. In the mean time the only solution we can provide you is to recommend you to file a dispute with your bank regarding this charge so you can get a refund back through them. We know this is not the best alternative or the best answer at all but this is so far the fastest way to solve this situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding Have a wonderful day Customer Service Department I have sent requests to my bank and to these internet companies and still have not recieved my refund or credit from my bank. I guess I am just screwed!
