Never buy from TigerDirect.com with Onrebate rebates. I have gor a set of parts for my computer facility (about 20 rebates during may -August 2006). All forms with UPC codes were send on time, rebates were approved and checks promissed to be sent within 8 weeks.

It takes from 1 to 3 hours to reach the person on their phone 888-222-9300.

The agents put you "on hold" and disconnect after 5 min. If you are lucky to reach agent who speaks to you- it can not do anything. Managers are always "not at their desk", "on a lunch' etc. They connect you to answering machine, you leave the message- never reply. never answer e-mails...

For each call I spent spent 2 hours.

14 September - requested by phone to issue the rebates. Was told- they will send them to accounting office and I will get money within 10 days

26 September - the checks "on hold" because of problems with their computer

07 October - the checks never been sent to accounting and they will do it right away

14 October - checks approved and will be issued

within a weeek

27 October. Checks were ussued on October 26 and will be at my place within a week

6 November - "The checks not ussued- I will call now to find out what is going on" and line disconnected.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING at TigerDirect and Onrebate.com. Just stealing of your money and time.
