Filed for rebate on product bought from tiger direct in August of 2006. Rebate was approved for payment on 9/15/2006. rebate stated 8 - 12 weeks for payment.

as of 2/15/2007 16 weeks later still no payment , called customer support a number of times and have gotten a different story each time i called in. the last story was it might be another month before payment " I can't tell you when because we don't know "

I will never by from tigerdirect or anything with a onrebate again. to much of a hassle

after looking at the better business bureau report it all makes sense now. Tiger Direct is a division of systemax, so is onrebate, there should be no issues with getting promised rebates out following their own terms.
