Operation Millionare LMI Direct,Elite Performance Labs, Brian Johnson Wow where to start, This Man needs to be stopped.Orderd book then sent it back with RMA # and was charged 299.75 in less than a month Internet, California
It was just a postcard sent to me in the mail. I called the number and listened to the message and then got directed to a nice male voice who talked to me further and told me how its only $9.95 for shipping and handling the book is free and if I am interested they will be in touch because this is a consumer research trial. After 30 days they will charge me only $59.95 for 5 payments for a total of $299.75. I can return the book any time within 6 months for a full refund plus $600.00. So I order the book and they tell me it will take 3 weeks to get to me due to high volume of calls but for $more I can have it rushed to my door, I decline the offer and said just send it normal mail. A week later I received a card from post office I need to pick up package so I do. I read through book and deciede this is not for me so I call the number 1-877-455-8582 to get an RMA number, which I get and I also ask them what address do I send this to and they said the one on the box which is Elite Performance labs Aurora Co. 80019. I send it Package Services Parcel so it can be tracked and I know when they received it. Then the fun begins I realalized they charged me $299.75 on 7-12 so I call the number for services and refunds 1-877-337-9212 and they tell me they have to verify that I put rma number on package and that it is in good condition to issue refund please give them time to do so.
So I wait a week and call back and get the same response, I ask them how long does this take? I call again and get put on hold for 20 minutes only to hear the have no response yet for my inquery. I then see another charge on my account for $299.75 on 8-20. I call again get hung up on after 12 minutes call again get hung up on again! Called today 9-12 was told again they have to look into the package return report. I was very nice to them and was told they will have a manager call me back within 48 hours. She called me back this evening and told me they will refund the second charge but the package was dammaged so I will not get back the first charge of $299.75
So I said you have to be kidding me I am being charged 300 dollars for a book that is nothing but ink on paper in a cheap binder,her reply was it was in the agreement on their website if dammaged and restocking fee I never heard of website until now. then she hung up on me lmi-direct.com Thank you for reading this!
