Orange Theory Fitness SCAM! BILLING POLICIES ARE UNETHICAL AND CRIMINAL San Diego CA
4/23: I cancelled my account with them months ago and then I am hit with a charge on my card two months later... I called in and the person I spoke with was zero help, said I needed a manager in order to change anything and wouldn't give me a phone number to call corporate or billing to report my issue. Another company trying to take money from people who are no longer using their services...
5/21 update: After filing a complaint with my credit card company and putting a stop on the account, they figured out a way to charge my card. I spoke with my CC company who is now esclating this to Visa and Visa will be assesing a penalty on their account. This is the shadiest company I have ever had to deal with
