Original Keyless.com Total Scam & Rip off Prescott Valley Arizona
I purchaced a 2013 volkswagon which only came with one key so I ordered one from original keyless.com. They charged me $97.49 then mailed me a blank key that was supose to work woth my new car.
When I opened the package I relized that on the slip it said I needed directions to program the key, which must be ordered seperatly for $7.
I ordered the directions, when the single sheet of paper arrived I read the first step and it was to Insert the new key into the ignition. BIG problem, the 2013 volkswagon does not have a ignition slot and the key they sent me does not have a key on it, it is a black plactic with the unlucking buttons on it.
Step two was roll down the drivers window and place the valet key into the driver side door lock ( outside the car) BIG problem again, 2013 Volkswagon does not have a outside doorlock anywhere on the car.
I have tried to contact the phone number many times but have never talked to anyone or received a phone call back. I have emaied and still no response.
So I know I am out $100 but I want to make sure that it stops soon.
