Andrew, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. As the Customer Service Manager for Oritron, I would also like to help explain the rebate to you, as well as provide some information that may help you. All Oritron rebates on Oritron product purchased at Kmart are actually administrated by Kmart. Oritron does not handle these rebates- meaning that we have no knowledge of any information associated with the rebate other than there is one. On your rebate application, there is a number listed for you to call - this is the number for the rebate processing center. I would try to help you get the phone number, but I do not know which Oritron model you purchased, so I cannot determine the correct phone number to give you. Please also remember that the rebate application requires certain pieces of information. Normally, the consumer must send a copy the completed rebate application, a copy of the sales receipt, and the original UPC off of the product box. If any of these items are missing, the rebate company cannot process your rebate as they cannot substantiate that you actually purchased the item. Finally, Oritron does have a toll-free customer service phone number operated 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. That number is 1-800-726-3801. We are always happy to try to help a consumer. Even in a situation such as this where we don't have the actual information, we will certainly try to help you get the needed information. I have looked through our database, and there is no record of your contacting our company, so that is always another possibility for you as well.
