Pamela Meza - Chemish Fisher - Big Hit Production Riped-off, lied to, master con-artist, watch out for these two Las Vegas Nevada
How interesting! There are other people out there that feel as if they have been ripped-off, lied to, and used by Ms. Meza, the master con-artist. No surprise after the past few years of trying to find out what happened to my money that I handed over for an investment. Have any of you out there ever invested in a Company called Big Hit Production? A company that supposedly was handling an invention called the Rocket Pac?
Unfortunately, my partner and I did invest because we trusted the CEO's of Big Hit Productions, Inc. The CEO's names on papers I hold show a Pamela Meza and a Chemish Fisher, one being the President, the other being the Secretary. We invested a total of $50,000.00, this investment was in 2006. After a long period of time we became concerned about our investment because we were not getting up-dates or documentation of how the investment was progressing.
To make a story short, after several months of pursing this investment all we got was the run around, we were lied to, and put off by Ms. Meza and her partner Mr. Fisher. Finally my partner and I started looking into matters and found that our money had been deposited into an account in May 2006. The only money left in that account at the time was $2,500.00. Within a few months there were only two checks written and they completely cleaned the account out. Looking into matters we confirmed that $4,400.00 of the $50,000.00 we invested might have been used towards the actual invention, the remaining amount in the account was taken out and was used for a Cashier's Check, that check was made out to Mr. Fisher. When the CEO's, Ms. Meza and Mr. Fisher were confronted with these facts neither one would take any responsibility. If the money in the cashier's check was used legally for the invention why wouldn't Mr. Fisher or Ms. Meza show us the money distribution? What was the money used for? That should have been an easy question to answer, if the money had truly been used for the intended invention of the Rocket Pac. Instead of answering our questions Mr. Fisher would not respond, then Ms. Meza shifted the blame to Mr. Fisher and others.
It appears that Mr. Fisher certainly would be exhibiting odd CEO behavior, taking money out for a loan in his own name, not getting anything in writing or permission from the investors themselves. To date my partner and I feel our funds were misappropriated. We still have not received answers to our questions. In time, hopefully legal action will bring out the truth, when and if it does, an update will follow. In the meantime be very careful with your money and who you trust!
